Just smart marketing, get the product in the press and raise its profile, doubt if there was ever any intention to change it just to boost sales and raise awareness.

The vege gang are going to start bombarding Ginsters complaining that their products such as "Sausage Roll" and "Cornish Pasty" are not suitable for a vegetarians.....
