They can, if done by a good surgeon, look great. There are differnet opinions on what looks good, for me natural, or natural looking 'fake' ones look the best. You don't want solid, non-jiggling lumps of concrete sat on your girls chest now do you.

It's already been posted that they will need to be replaced every 10 years or so. There are different 'fitment' methods, one where they cut under the breast, in the fold and another where they cut around the nipple (ouch), this may cause loss of sensitivity.

If in doubt book an apointment with a surgon and ask to see some photos of his work (and if possible post them on here for approval )

Hi Paul, Not my personal experience but the girl at the gym had it done about 4 years ago. She said that it was about 3 grand. She was only 19 when she got it done. Her grandmother paid for it. She is very happy with it. Good luck

As far as the op goes, my opinion would be never to get it done, but talking to a specialist and a counsellor will do you more good than asking a bunch of lecherous blokes on the net!

Ive had many girlfriends that have had ***** jobs. I love them. Fake ***** always look great in string tops, mmm delicious.

There are many different types, shapes, different fluids, different methods of inserting them, different replacement times.

One thing for sure, you must get a good surgoen and there is a site / medical list that will have all the recommended ones to use. I wouldnt suggest any European deals, but know of a few people that have had them done over in south africa for much less, plus its a holiday as well.

Size is always an issue, as you must try and stick to something that suits the frame of your g/f. Also, there's a chance that nipple sensation might be reduced after the operation. Implants can go infront of, or behind the muscle too. Once done, the breats will need regular massaging to ensure they dont harden due to scaring, so a great excuse to grab ! lol

For someone that hasnt touched a pair of fake *****, if above the muscle type of implant, then the best similar feel is, if you move the skin around on your knee cap, you can feel the skin move, but feel the knee cap underneath, well thats how a poor implant can feel. Also, if you like to grab a boob, during the passions of love making, then in your head, you have a mental limitation as to how hard as you know its an implant.

For me, I love them, fake, real, **** are ****, **** are lovely ! lol I say go for it.

Paul, do some searching on the web, loads of help and experiences to be found if you have a quick dig.

Ignore the 10 year 'redo' and 'if it goes wrong' comments as the technology has moved on and if you find a reputable surgeon who knows what they are doing the chances are all will be well.

Think you're looking around £4K or just over half that if you go Stateside (worth thinking about).

ive chatted with this to my fiance a few times. shes around a 12/14 in size but has always had a smallish bust (currently 36a). i personally love big ***** and have a genuine obsession. weve discussed her having a boob job, but shes not interested in the operation side of it.

i dont love her any less for her decision, but it she had big boobies she'd get a good ru down more often

Cobblers, know a gal who had them done and did a lot of research with her so know my facts. If your missus wants them done then get them done, the confidence they give appears well worth it - she was size12 with AA cup ,now size 12 with C cup and looks very very nice. Implants have come on loads since the early days so feel/appearence etc is down to cost - get a decent brand and they are fine. As somebody else said under/over muscle makes a difference and always keep them in proportion. Since she has had them done a number of her friends have and love them.

Pay decent money and get them done properly in a proper place and they will almost certainly be fine with no problems. Cost circa £4k and no problems/pain whatsoever. Op done in about 25mins with no overnight stay by a very well respected Italian specialist near Birmingham. My advice would be to goto the free initial meetings to discuss and find out the names of the surgeons and do some background checking on them to make sure they know what they are doing. Good surgeons have long waiting lists due to their reputation/popularity.
