firstly...

Ha ha ha.

I did Kau Lung freestyle kung fu nearly 20 years ago. Gave me big muscles and lots of confidence back then.

The first video is supposed to show how strong his Chi* spelling is "inner strength" and that he can knock people back with this imaginary power.
Load of tosh if you ask me, staged to promote his dojo or similar.
