Same sex relationships
I feel our society still has a long way to go before S.S.R. are fully accepted in this country. If a man and a woman are seen kissing on a park bench it is accepted. If a S.S. couple are seen there is uproar 
We need to accept all in society and allow poeple their freedom to express love for one another no matter what relationship they are in.

Someone seems to have misconstrued the thread a little. But the responses typify the attitudes towards gay people. Homophobia well never die in this country while ever people live in the dark ages

Adam and Eve are a figment of someones rather bizarre imagination 
There was no such couple. As for Adam and Steve I am sure there is a couple with those names somewhere in Wales.

Despite persecution, legislation and beatings, homosexuality still goes on, you arent going to change it, some men like men and some women like women, its a fact of life, one that doesnt really make one iota of difference to my hererosexual life, but then again, I am quite secure in my sexual preferences and feel no need to distance myself from gay people or denigrate them.
As for quoting Alan Partridge, jesus, thats Steve Coogan taking the **** out of people who say stuff like that, Alan Partridge is a fictional character cleverly contrived to be the ultimate middle aged, crass, insensitive, boorish, Daily Mail reading male chavanist pig !
