Is there such a thing as..
Drinking too much water!? I'm not talking about drinking 50 litres a day, I drink about 3-4 litres.

Because all that time spent overtaking slower cars is lost due to your pee break. Then when you overtake the Volvo still going 65mph the old dear turns to her husband and tells him "See I told you they wouldn't get there any faster"

What is the room temperature where you are curently?
Can you check your cupboards and let us know how much salt you currently have in the house.
and finally are you mental?
With this in mind I'll advise

I've been wondering the same thing today!
I've got a sore back so went to the chiropracters. Part of his advice was to drink more water to help flush contaminants out of my body.
I've been doing that today but can't help but think its just to keep my back from siezing up by preventing me from staying in one position too long as i keep getting up to go for a pee

Mmmm Your hormonal balance will mean you're already hot..
...this coupled with the high room temperature and dry atmosphere due to the salt, means you're in danger of your brain expanding beyond it's normal size of a peanut due to the excess water expansion!!! I don't wish to worry you but I advise immediate removal of outer clothing
when you've done this please post photos to confirm you've done so
Can you tell it's Friday afternoon?

You mean it's already expanded!!!
In that case any previous photos of a similar stage of undress will suffice It's really only to ascertain your body size and skin exposure compared to the volume of water drank. Honest!

Hi there,
Just a serious thought:
Has the excessive thirst and need to go to the loo frequently come on recently?
Have you been feeling tired recently?
If so, it might be worth seeing your GP. It's probably nothing, but the above symptoms can be an early sign of Diabeties.
