* * * * How to stop all accidents * * * * *
Someone i was talking to today came up with a great idea.
Fix a 12" metal spike on the steering wheel of every car facing the driver.
This will cut down on accidents and make people read the roads better (ie, don't speed in silly places).
Just a thought

It would stop most accidents. However everyone would be driving around at 5mph and would cause gridlock.

There was once a car with a steering wheel with a spike on it in America, I remember seeing a tv show about it. Lots of people died.

Why not ban all cars and charge us road fund tax to use the buses! If you can find a bus to use that is.

That was Jeremy Clarkson's idea!!!!
Sometime around the time he composed a piece entitled: 'Road Rage: you know it makes sense!'

Is it just me that finds the term 'wimmins' usage on SN these days as if not more annoying than Moses' pseudo scottish sh1te?

It always seems to be the driver who caused the crash who survives though. Very annoying.
