Default Tarmac / Concrete Fixings

I am going to be putting posts around one of the fuel tanks & when the guys were fixing the posts with those bolts you screw into the ground the tarmac wasnt securing it very well.

Can you get say something that you can inject into the tar say some type of concrete ? or a different type of bolt that can secure ?.

Thanks

Weld a baseplate with 4 holes to the bottom of your posts. Get 4 bits of threaded rod and some steel bar and weld them into a square cage so the rods are the same distance apart as the holes on your baseplate. Dig a hole, concrete the cages into the floor with an inch or two of the rod sticking out, then bolt your posts onto the protruding rods. This is the best (if most extreme !) way to do it.
Don't bother trying to fasten into tarmac, they'll just come off unless its good steel slag based tarmac about 3 inches deep. Or you could try resin anchors depending on how heavy your posts are and what anticipated shear stress they'll come under.
