Since they changed the menu...
You press ok to get up the now and next...
you use l/r to see what is on on other channels...
You used to use ok to select that channel but they've made ok to set a reminder.

How do I switch direct to another channel from the now/next sub menu?

press the ok button with the highlight bar on the programme that is NOW playing.

Not for me.
But just noticed that the clock says 28th april, 7:08 so I'm guessing that might be why

Any idea how to set the clock? thought it would be auto?

yeah they send updates about 4 - 5 am. Might be worth powerfailing it and leaving it on for 24 hours.
