Default Wife Swap tonight and the Aftermath

The toffee nosed 9 year old needed a gag. A prodigy of her pig headed narrowminded mum.
The husband who kept rolling his eyes needed a knockout as his arrogance was astounding. Reminded me of a politician trying to twist the truth.

Even the intermediate was getting hacked off with their attitude.

Do we still produce people like this? Its the opposite of Chav.

Yes. From what Popeye says there was nothing prodigious about her except her ability to annoy.

That's an urban myth and you know it! I have no penchant for anything equine.

Honey to the bee? Back on topic ( ) Does this programme provide anything constructive for the participants? They all seem so pigheaded I suspect not.

Is it delibrately staged to make for good viewing? The answer is a definite yes, it would be boring if they all got along and had no problems. I can almost imagine the producer devising schemes with the couples to make for good television.

Both familes were weird in this case... My observations are:

Step dad who owned crappy bar looks like Brian Mclair (ex man u)

Dancing mama, needs to grow old gracefully and stop chewing apples through a tennis racket.
Both thankfully realised from the show that despite their daughter being ginger, she is human and they should spend more time with her.

Daughter was quite stable despite being adolscent and neglected

Fatty daddy the civil servant. Clearly bullied to buggery and back when he was at school and probably met his wife through a support group of some kind. This might go some way to explaining his hatred of the schooling system (as if that kid couldnt cope in school - she had a strong enough personality to deal with life, it seemed to be the parents experiences stopping her from being normal)...
Fatty Dads outburst at the idea of going out for a drink was funny as ****. His mind games on his daughter the morning of the second day of school were abhorrent.
How do they legally get away with her missing school? How did she know that blondie had "hit daddy" at that stage of the show unless daddy had deliberately used that off camera to turn the kid against blondies ideals?

Big momma does seem to care about her daughter but half an hours education by a woman who doesnt know the origin of the word 'atlas' cannot replace a full curriculum The poor child doesnt stand a hope in hell of passing GCSE's and the parents should be in court for such wilfull neglect.

Plus the way that 9 year old was treating the horses was a woeful. Swinging round on the poor pony's mane, launching her podgy frame into the side of it, standing on its back...

Pompous but yet scummy...

Interesting show though

The big guy is the ex-hubby of my mate's girlfriend. I didn't see the programme, but from what I've heard about him, it's about par for the course and reason enough to see why he is the ex-husband!

I find it hard to believe someone would want to marry an arrogant, manipulative, reclusive, freaky toryboy type like that. May i give her my condolences.

Think that snotty kid would have no problem with the GCSE's. She clearly felt herself superior to everyone else around her. Frankenstein's creation that one

Can't fault you on that observation BUT the man gave the best public speaking performance of his life and seemed to know alot more about life than those narrowminded recluses. Old popeye also wouldn't have kicked wifey out of sack after a few shandies either. Sigh how my standards have slipped recently.
