Ebay question - overseas bidder

I'm selling an item on ebay which will go for >£400, would you sell to an overseas bidder (setthemood) from Singapore who appears to be paypal verified & with decent feedback or too risky ?

I haev sent to international bidders before, make sure you send via Royal Mail international signed for and you will be covered under the Paypal seller protection.
