Default Cotswolds

Thinking about a weekend in the Cotswolds during the May bank holiday...

... can anyone recommend any good hotels / guest houses, want a combination of local shops / restaurants etc. and 'quintessential' Cotswolds if possible!?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Cheers

Bradders

We've stayed here. Very nice and some good places to eat in Chipping Camden.

Would highly recommend a visit to the Cotswolds Falconry Centre as well.

If you like arty farty shops and antiques then Stow-on-the-wold has to be it.

The manor, Castle Combe or the Lygon Arms. Google is your friend
