Right I've seen a samsung 20" lcd hd ready screen. It accepts vga and dvi. The PS3 has a hdmi output. So it looks easy, get a hdmi to dvi cable right? but then theres this issue of HDCP? the screen has it, ps3 shouldnt be a problem but I cant find a cable hdmi to dvi which is HDCP supported.... should it work without it anyway?

basically will these work togther?

Yeah that wont be a problem. The cable will carry the signal, as long as the TV can decode it, it will work fine. Are you sure the TV is big enough though?

Far better off getting a TV that has HDMI in..

The older flat pannels dont have HDMI.. so will be an old design/model
