one last one, this is another favourite scene:
YouTube - Bottom Comedy TV Show - Richie Chops His Finger Off
Blood curdling violence, but still funny, they are a pair of geniuses.

True artists.

I was in the sixth form @ the same school as Ade. He was several years below me so we never really knew each other.

Bottom is still one of the best comedy series ever made. Loved it.

Agree with Astraboy, "Gas Man" was the best one.

Another vote for that one

I also love the scene in the Burglary episode where Eddie spreads his weight onto the glass roof

Bottom was probably the funniest thing on the box, and Alan B'Stard was also rather amusing. I even liked Ade in that drama about Chernobyl, but that Doctors & Nurses 'comedy' was unforgiveable.

Yep. Was called Detectives on the Edge of a Nervous Breakdown. Spanker played by Phil Cornwall

Written and directed by our mate Lily's dad, Keith Allen (and Peter Richardson)

The musical bits are great too....

"Well I'm a copper... who takes his time...."

They were great episodes. Now is it my imagination or was there one where Julie T. Wallace owned a farm and met this guy. He moved in and in time she became pregnant at which point he scarpered. It ended with Julie having the nipper on her back in a rucksack and lassooing this bloke whilst on horseback.
