Renting a shop in Brighton
Hello
Can anyone suggest any agents? I've spent ages on Google and must be using the wrong keywords as the only letting agents I come up with are purely residential.
Thanks,
Steve

What are you trying to rent? How much space? Do you want prime location etc?
May be worth employing a company to act on your behalf to acquire the shop (just happens to be what we do!). As well as the two companies mentioned above there are Graves Son & Pilcher, Stiles Harold Williams, Clifford Dann, Broadlands might have something (they specialise in retail), any of the large London agents may have units available in Brighton.
Don't just offer to pay the asking figure, do some research first!
