Rang Albert Hall two weeks ago about tickets for grand prix party in Feb. Was told I could have a box for four people for £240. As this was OK I went ahead. Had a call today saying oops sorry you cant have the box now and we want our tickets back. They also offered us a different seat in stalls.
Can I insist on my original seat as we already had a contract or do I have to go along with them and send my box tickets back.
