Yes, and it's still alive - well, it was last week.... They've lost it now, but were trying to rescue it.
What makes these people think that's an OK thing to do? Obviously not brought up to respect other things... It's just plain wrong!

IN Glasgow they hunt urban deer, and all over the country swans are fair game to the sub human scum elements...
It disgusts me and I cant describe what I would do if I was ever to witness such babarism...

Inform the police and the RSPCA, there have been several incidents where it has been the RSPCA that has championed cases/procescutions such as this, ensuring maximum penalties for those convicted.

I have first hand experience of this, sadly. My uncle used to kill animals randomly as a kid, I remember once, walking through a park in Oxford with him (I must have been about 6 years old), when he, out of the blue, stamped on a Sparrow, it was both frightening and revolting, he thought nothing of it.
At least your reaction to that cruel and totally unnecessary act helped define you as a fundamentally decent person, even at such a tender age
