Fed up of them ringing me & asking for my security details so they can undertake an account review, they don't seem to understand I have a slight problem with that !

I'm in the process of switching to them at the moment, well, they do all the work and I get a bonus £100 for switching. 
Sounds interesting Matt, I might have to look into that if/when they launch it.

There was a lot of questions regarding products with other institutions. I suspect they are trying to clean up so to speak.
There was a statements saying a bank will be offering free overdrafts, free banking, free share purchasing, all products to have BoE interest rates incl credit cards etc.
Then it asked some questions about how I would feel about that. Next it gave the same statement and changed "a bank" to first direct and asked some more questions. Finally it said first direct would launch it soon!
