Well here we go then.... this young 'lady' Toni Coma (you couldn't make it up)....



Is thrown out of a club in Sheffield after drinking brandy and becoming aggressive, she then damages the doorman's car, who calls the police. When they try to arrest her she (and the rozzer) fall down the stairs and have a free for all at the bottom..... other officers arrive and try to cuff her....

She's attempting to remove the officers bollocks with her nails while also spitting at him/biting him...... one rozzer punches her in the arm a few times and is finally arrested and dragged off with her trousers round her knees!

She now says she was 'having an epileptic fit' and can't remember a thing about the incident!!

She now wants to 'sue' the police for the 'abuse' they caused her??

Oh and the 'press' roll in the token 'black' activist whose giving it 'racist assault' and the big 'its like Rodney King all over again'.......

What makes me is the fact that she is taking civil action after being found guilty in a criminal court - and not only that the BiB who had his wedding tackle snatched will not pass go, will not collect gold clock and will go straight to the job centre.

It seems in these situations people whit no idea or clue about the real world see these incidents and think its the worst thing they have ever seen. However if she had not been detained and arrested I am sure the bouncer would have been none to chuffed.

As we say, the jobs fcuked.

Can anyone show where in English law it states that because someone is a chavvy scumbag and guilty of criminal damage that they are then free to be the subject of common assault?

If the video was of her punching the policeman it would be a very different story.

If they were punching her for punchings sake they are wrong and should be punished. She cant come the holier than thou though and not expect people to question her on it.

IMO, if you resist arrest and start assaulting police officers, your rights to be treated with politically correct delicacy are null and void.

Assault on a police officer should carry a mandatory 5 year sentence. There is never an excuse.

If someone had grabbed my wedding tackle, I suspect I would react in the same way as the officer concerned. It's not like she was pulling his hair.

This is coming from someone whose retired school teacher mother was assaulted by a police officer.

No because it isn't in the law, which is precisely why this country is rapidly turning into a scum infested **** hole.

People joke about this being a 'police state', but it couldn't be further from one. What this country needs is a good old fashioned strong political leader/party, like Stalin and the old soviet communist party for example - they wouldn't tolerate **** like this.

Pity the cops don't have one of those large nets that they can just chuck over a struggling drunk. The more they argued the more tangled they would get and no harm done. Easy to cart off into the van as well. Being semi-serious here btw.
