Anyone been to Lombok or Hong Kong????

We are thinking of a trip to these two places -

anyone been to the Oberoi in Lombok - or somewhere similar - suggests pls

or the Langham Place Hotel in HK ( Kowloon) again any others

I have stayed in both the Nikko & Harbour Plaza Metropolis in Howloon in HK, both good hotels although Nikko is better location wise.

We stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-La at Christmas, excellent place. Don't know the Langham Place Hotel.

I wasn't impressed by Lombok, not much to do and the locals aren't reknowned for their friendliness. Probably better off on Bali itself, but well away from Kuta.
