Cant go wrong with tesco shares, as a business they make more money each year, and will carry on doing so as their other ventures such as dotcom, TPF (personal finance) stores abroad etc have only just started to make profit, and will continue to grow. I started buying them 5 years ago, the lowest they were then was £1.59!!! Cant see their shares doing anything but increasing steadily over the next few years. But that is only my unprofessional opinion!
