I'm after a recommendation. They have a great deal on a remote but i've never heard of them. Is there any way i can check if they have a good/ bad reputation apart from asking on forums. (and yes i've asked on the avforums).

Looking on the site it says anything returned is liable to a 30% handling charge. In light of the distance selling regulations and the 7 day cooling off period is that legal?
I mean,you could have a 100% handling charge,then you are basically saying NO RETURNS.
