Just to keep it to the top, with massive support from Scoobynet hopefully this will be a turn around point for lots of companies especially when they see the positive responses......

Thanks for your support Joan - I have spoken to my dad about this and we are considering leaving the story for the papers for if (I think it is when ) she gets offered a permanent position as we both feel that this puts a bit too much pressure on Safeways.............we would both like Bernie to prove herself on her own. I am more than confident that now she has passed the first hurdle that she will succeed in securing a permanent position

I feel the first step is things like this thread just to give Bernie a big confidence boost and to show Safeway's that actions like this are acknowledged, welcomed and supported by people who could be effectively potential business for them.
