Shameless S04 / was veoh.com?
Stuck in the land of Big Macs, Starbucks and terrible TV I was trying hunt down the latest series of Shameless, to remind me what its like at home 
Anyway, I found it on a site I'd not seen before, and wondered if anyone else was using it - Video Series: Shameless (Season 4) | Veoh Video Network
You have register and download their player, but when you have downloaded the shows they are in .flv format and will play in other media players.
The quality isn't wonderful, but for shows like Shameless thats not really the point anyway.
