Default Freeview bad signal on some channels

I have Freeview built into a DVD recorder, and it's been fine until yesterday - the ITV channels and Channel 4 are sometimes showing "Bad signal".

All of the other channels are fine, and the terrestrial reception is fine too.

Is it just ITV having a bad day and some issue with their transmission, or could it be something wrong with my setup?

We've just had the soffits and fascias done on the house, so there is a chance that the aerial has been nudged, but as all of the other channels are fine, I guessed that the aerial was fine.

un plug it all and re tune it all in again.
take out aerial sockets out the wall as well.

we've ahd a new Freeview box with built in Hard drive... works so much better than the £40 basic freeview we had before.. saying that I've put the old one in the bedroom and it works fine now lol

same problem here with itv and channel4 but it's a bad area so i got to relocate the aerial to the outside of the house.
