Bring back National Service
It's the "young uns" that account for a high proportion of the crime / anti social behaviour plus its also this group that 80% re-offend when released from prison!
Teach them some discipline/respect and give them some life and work skills for the future.
I've got a 13 yr old daughter and I wouldn't have a problem with her having to do National Service. Mind you, she's already joined the cadets.

I'd get rid of the Sunday trading legislation completely. Any shop, regardless of size, can open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I'd also repeal the ridiculous, typically knee jerk, firearms legislation and replace it with something similar to what we had before.
Not sure if the following are to do with laws, but I'd action them anyway:
I would also scrap speed cameras (but put lots of traffic police back on the ground), the mayor of london and congestion charging.
I would also scrap all the stuff that protects criminals and causes police officers to spend 80% of their time doing paperwork.

Re-criminalise gays.
Opt out of european human rights laws, but not the common market/EU.
Introduce internment without charge for terrorist suspects.
Deport all failed asylum seekers to country of origin regardless of whether they'll be tortured or executed there (notice I don't say I want all foreigners deported).
Death sentance for convicted murderers/paedos/terrorists.
Benefits reduced in steps down to zero for workshy doleites.
Reintroduce poll tax, after all it's fair on normal people (each person pays rather than each household).
Bring back incentives for people to save money.
More incentives for people to be 'greener' and waste less.
Push 'family values' and actually mean it, i.e. belief in the value of a stable family unit.
Hmm, I'm sure I could think of more....

the biggest thing you could do is let only working people vote and make, it mandatory
nobody would vote for parties that look after *******, ie benefits, and methodone prescriptions etc
thus, ******* would have to get ajob
crime would fall, everyone wins, this is simple law would tota;lly change society overnight and give honest people the uppper hand for once!!
makr my words its a winner

Not really, and certainly not a Dail Mail reader.
Laws are dictated by the will of the people, and for a long time it was illegal to be gay. Just because it's trendy to be liberal and progressive these days, it doesn't mean trendy and liberal changes of the law are morally right.
I'm not a bible basher either before you accuse me of that, just my humble opinion.

Bring back the cane to senior schools
Introduce national service
Ban immigration - ensuring all assylum seekers were only granted assylum in the closest 'safe' country to theirs.
Banish the early release system from jails
Cancel the July smoking ban
Allow supercasinos wherever they were asked for
Try Tony Blair for war crimes
Ban the ban on the churches being banned for banning the gay adoption policy.
Treat cruelty to animal cases with the same sentances as cruelty to humans
Ban children with feet
Ban public acts of homosexuality

Yes because anybody out of work is, by default, a scrounging layabout. There is no such thing as unemployment, redundancy, sickness, full time carers, factory closures etc etc etc. Not to mention housewifves/husbands, retired people and the severly handicapped.
No way should any of the above have any say in how the country is run.
Or possibly you need to think through your suggestion a little more

If a man wants to be with another man (and of course women with women) Why on earth do you care? How does it affect you? Who are you to decide someones lifestyle choice is illegal? Who are you to pass moral judgement?
If Elton John sticks his ***** up David Furnishs bottom, what impact does this have on your existance?

no id let retired people vote,
but its been coming a while mate
if you work, youd vote for the parties that do things for workers like tax cuts, and, that sort of thing, if you dont work, like the shiftless bleeders you see smokin **** all day , the policies of the government in power would force them to get off their fat lazy ***** and get a job,
its a no brainer for me, and the people who geniunely need help likethe disabled or oaps etc woiuld get more money spent them, because more people working pay more in taxes.

There is a huge amount of things I would do.
Main one being: I would revoke all human rights laws for criminals and people with criminal intents. i.e feel free to do whatever is nessecery to protect yourself and your property if directly threatened.
Now, seeing people are including sentencing, goverment policy and multiple law changes in this thread...I'll follow suit
....I would introduce the death penalty for murderers, peados and terrorists.
I also would like to see death by careless driving given the same sentance weighting as manslaughter...Too many numpties on the road.
Oh not to mention servere NHS reform to cater for only emergency and life threatening conditions of UK citizens (unless immediatly life threatening and payment has yet to be established). Benefits strictly to only to address base level poverty of UK citizens. Finally, adopt Immigration policy akin to Australia.

Wouldn't let people moan and whinge about a free house they've driven into the ground either. Basically force people to actually contribute to society the idle *******.
