buying commerial property

About to buy a bit of commercial property..

What type of taxes/stamp duties are implied? any different to a normal house property..

(its over £250k)

Stamp duty is the same.

I tried to buy a commercial property a few months back. Could only get an 80% mortgage on it as it was commercial. That leaves a sizeable deposit.
