Sorry... Flash 
Anyway..
I have got a .fla file which i need to edit. All i can do so far is change text, i've no idea how the pages are linked or how to edit them
Can anyone suggest a tutorial or resource to help me .. please.. I could even get a promotion out of this

Flashkit is the dogs for tutorials. Also try Flashplanet, and Webmonkey.
Best thing to do is study the symbols in the movie - use CTRL-L to open the library. Work out what each symbol is (MC, Button, Graphic) then go from there.
If you have never used Flash it takes about 3 months to get your head round it.
