If there's any fans out there, which episiode should I show him to "introduce" him to the show ?

I don't think you can show one episode, as its slow to get into.
I could name a few...
Where he calls the fella a **** when playing cards
When he invites the sex offender over for the party
The one where he has that horrible sandwich named after him

Show anyone one episode and they will probably be bored, it takes a few to get into it. Anyone who watches Extra's or Lead Balloon will see where their inspiration comes from.

Agree it's a slow burner (but brilliant). How about the one where he takes the hooker to the baseball game though?

Got to be careful here with the way I word this, but I remember a great epidode when he was caught admiring his friend's son's tackle at a pool party.

Another that springs to mind is when he hires a new chef for his restaurant with Tourettes.
