You could probably take out Virgin (if you were not with them),and just ask the same question about Broadband in general.......................when we moved last year i was with Tesco's and had an absolute nightmare sorting mine out.

After waiting 5 weeks, when i was told it would be 2-3 weeks, and still getting no joy,i phoned again and spoke to someone who THEN informed me that Broadband was not even available in the new area.................the air was blue!!!

I then went with AOL who took a further 3 weeks because BT had to connect it to the exchange (new build house),and was told by them they would call on a certain day to my house to do the necessary, that time came and went, phoned BT and was told it was all done and they didn't need the access

I just get ' the systems down at the moment ' perhaps youd like to call back in an hour or so..

Do us a favour ,i callled 10 days ago with exactly the same response..

Naturally there apppears to be no chance whatsoever of getting thro on the cancelllation line

Have moved home twice with them. Both times it took about two weeks, although I did wait until I had moved to tell them.

Customer service the first time was rubbish, however second time was better. Am about to move again and not looking forward to having to transfer it again!
