Never let the fact that someone is innocent get in the way of a good story.

Maybe it would help if you stopped reading the deliberately inflammataory Sun. For goodness sake don't start reading the Daily Mail though.

Aaron Chisango, 29, was one and a half times the booze limit when he mowed down Jamie Mason, 12.
He served just two months in jail for drink driving and having no licence or insurance.
Prosecutors ruled that there was not enough evidence for causing death by dangerous driving.
Ah.........so driving while over the limit ISN'T dangerous then? So why do we lose our licenses if we do it?

I love his little britain parodies, and still people reply venting their fury.

Pro-muslim, anti-muslim, pro-white, anti-white.

Of course it is - But, if there a case for causing death by dangerous driving, he would have been prosecuted. As it turned out, there wasn't.

In other words, it was an accident, there was no evidence to prove his driving actions caused the death of Mason.

If it was one of my lads, he would not be 'living' in the flat very long.

Getting sufficient evidence for a conviction on death by dangerous driving is a nightmare. The trouble is that it then becomes a jury matter rather than a magistrate. And the jury will often take the "there but for the grace of God" approach - we've all done bloody silly things and most of us get away with it. Dangerous driving has to be consistently below the standard required, where an accident is almost inevitable, before there's even a case to start with...

That said, he was over the limit which would have gone a long way toward swaying a jury. It's always possible that there's something we aren't being told, but if I'd been the CPS lawyer responsible for the case I'd have gone for it.

SB (with intimate knowledge of the difficulty in prosecuting a scumbag for death by dangerous )

Given the source of the story, I would say there is more than a fair chance that there is some pertinent information we aren't being told.

No such things as accidents today, thats why bib calls them RTI's and spends millions so someone can get the blame unless its them of course, and then they try everything they can (only reporting whats in the press)
