I've been using one for a few months now.

Pros:
Good size screen
Good battery life
Nice loud speaker
Good text message capacity
Quick to Charge
Good speakerphone
MP3s as ringtones if you like that kind of thing
Decent-ish camera
Pretty solidly built
512mb memory stick included
Easy to upload songs/pics to the mem card
Vibrate can be felt even when the phone is in your pocket, driving

Cons:
A little bit 'dull' really
The numbers are wearing off my keys already
Screen is a bit reflective in bright light
Mem card flap tends to stretch over time and fit a bit poorly
No desk stand (I used to love the 8800's desk stand! So convenient!)
Bit common

Amazing phone - solid as a brick, great USEFUL features and no problems with crashing etc. Good quick access to most functions and excellent multimedia capabilities.

Only downside - prices of branded Sony Mem Stick Pro Duo's is/used to be quite high

had mine since june. excellent phone, probably the best ive had yet. earphones are very comfy too when im sat drawing with them in. can sit for hours and listen to choons without any discomfort...
