Default Osama Bin -Laden

I still have no idea on this earth how Al-Qaeda via Bin Laden blow up the twin towers and we end up seeing Saddam Hussain executed in a pig pen by some very embarrassing hoodies

Is the tall boy off the hook then? Can't remember the last Bin Laden piece I read in the paper.

Very odd war indeed

We can't find him, so Saddam took the fall.

Both of them are scum though.

My theory

The US & British Government know where Osama is, but they are **** scarred of the consequences if they do anything to him, they are full of the “Yes, We’ll kill him” spiel, but in reality they are full of **** & too scared to do anything to him

Maybe they are doing us a favour, or maybe not, either way it’s catch 22

1) If they catch him, the whole world suffers
2) If they leave him “hiding” we’ll suffer eventually

Saddam should've been got rid of back in 91 at the time of the first Gulf War as his crimes against humanity were known then.

stories about Bin Laden will emerge again when Bush or Blair feel the need for some propaganda for personal political gain.

Saddam was left in place in '91 for the same reason he should have been left in place in '04 He provided a secular buffer between Saudi Arabia and Iran.

This is why the Saudis are so p!ssed off with Dubya and his bitch now! They know full well that once the extremist Shias have finished eradicating the moderate Sunnis, they are going to be heading straight south for Mecca and Medina, with the full support of Iran, and probably all them Muslim states to the south of what used to be the USSR

You think there's unrest in the Middle East now

As usual, CrisP has hit it on the head.

Wish he was wrong, but that's how it looks from here and it's what my (then) colleagues warned the government about before we went into Iraq this time.

Just seen the saddam video across on the ogrish site.

They released the trap door as he was shouting back at his executioners. They could have at least let him finish what he had to say lol

His neck though was at some angle whilst he was dangling from the rope

As to osama, i personally think he was killed in a bombing raid a couple of years ago. The taliban just haven't let us westerners know! He releases a video now and again but they are usually very sketchy and can not be proven as to when they were recorded.

George Bush Snr had the chance to bring Saddam to his knees, many years ago. Instead those poor people had to suffer sad, repressive lives at the hands of the tyrant.

Tony has assured me, (and my quivering lower lip) that the whereabouts of Bin Laden are still unknown.

Crisp is absolutely right about GB senr and his reasons for leaving SH in power. Most of the country realised what would happen if Iraq was attacked illegally as it was by Billy and the idiot GB Junr which was why so many people marched on Londonn to try to stop it.

As well as the civil war in Iraq threatening our own servicemen's lives incidentally, we are now a major target for terrorism as I reckon we shall eventually find out in the future all over again. All for Billy Boy's vanity of course!

It is such a useful excuse however for Billy and his rather queer cronies to bring in legislation to control us all in the name of terrorism of course-rather like all those green taxes which are on their way!

Les
