The planets destruction. By either a thermo Nuclear war, started by the Russians, stopping the flow of gas out of their country. Either that or Global warming.

- Yet more stealth taxes from NL, most sold as being "environmental taxes"
- Record numbers going bankrupt in every quarter
- Interest rates upto 5.75 or 6% by end of year
- Beginning of the housing market crash by end of year
- UK officially in recession by end of year
- Stock market treading water for year, and my shares returning under 10%
- Instability in Middle East (due to Iran) results in UK fuel at over £1/litre everywhere
