...bought a new snooper sapphire from them on the 10/12/06 and still havent recieved it,they wont let me cancel the order as its been processed but the item hasnt been posted,I know this because the tracking number has been checked on royalmail.com and through my local P.O. who have no record of this being sent yet.They say the item is posted but clearly it hasnt,was for a christmas present but not now.

What can I do now??
Anyone else had problems with them??
