I've seen Elton John sing this song Live at the Wembley Arena with a full Orchestra and a Male Voice Choir backing him and yet still Leona managed to out perform the song. Simply stunning performance, goosebumps and spine tingling what a voice effortless.
I wrote the above when the song first started - after listening to it she has butchered it with her banshee-like screaming.

Hate to disagree at Christmas but.......
I played the original Celine Dion "All By Myself" after hearing Leona sing it and Leona edges it.
I can't see why people are so anti Leona. Is it because she was on a Chav show? (but it was good TV). I think she has a superb voice and with studio productions will do really well. Just my quaver's worth

...There's a joiners/woodshop next to my work and whatever CD/radio they have on, they keep on playing that sodding song.
I'm amazed the guys there haven't chopped their arms off with the bandsaw
Anyhoo, original of that song (Eric Carmen) was the best...must have heard it played 100 times from next door

I think she has a great voice on the high stuff, but she can not hit a low note and i hate that bloody wobbling bit, vibrato i believe they call it, seems to be on every other line. Why cant she save it and make it mean something?
