Prepare for more tax rises.
Yep im afraid that i can confirm that the UK is gonna fail miserably on meeting its targets for cutting green house gasses - the reason i know this..... simple.... i have just brought a big bag of sprouts and i can only eat them raw... so im having to eat loads every day to get thro them before they go bad.....hence im farting like a trooper these days

We had better pray that there is no recession. He has been overborrowing from the IMF by huge amounts and if there is a glitch in the economic performance we will be in the deep dwang!
