A mate is going through a divorce where his ex to be is claiming legal aid.
Question is, when someone claims legal aid in a divorce case, do they ever have to pay it back at some point in the future ?

Not as far as I know, I asked a Solicitor this a while back, and the answer was no, once the case is over thats the end of it
