May have been a drag hunt?
But the posh **** don't see the law as valid anyway so run the risk of a fine/jail or whatever

(Note: Not a transvestite hunt)

The dogs are following an artificial scent put down by the dragsman.

If you did not see a fox, how can they be fox hunting?

There are plenty of working class huntsman. Whether this was a legal drag hunt or not I obviously don't know, but I'm glad that there are people prepared to break the ridiculous laws which have been passed.

Is it not a little cruel to tear a fox to pieces for the sake of sport? Evening BTW.

Even if the pro choice subject (fox hunting) is not wanted by the majority of the public. I fully agree with your sentiments about silly over legislature that is unworkable and unenforcable.

True but it is the majority that decides in a democracy.

The media, spin doctors and big business tell the masses what to think. They represent but a few.

As Winston Churchill put it:

"Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those others that have been tried from time to time."

Additionally, should minorities not have a voice?

In this "democracy" it is the elected representatives who decide.
Important difference.
Often under a Three Line Whip.
As someone once said, if democracy really worked they'd have to ban it.

Is that not the apathy of the public to be so gullible? Perhaps we need to better educate the public.

No kidding! In the meantime the Countryside Alliance and others will defend the liberty of the minority of astute, educated, independent thinkers.

I think foxes are terrific animals. Having said that, and despite coming from the Westcountry, I'm not a farmer.
