Alternator
Hello,
Can anyone help i have a newish shape Range Rover 52 4.4 V8 Petrol and this week the alternator has failed. This is the shape with the BMW engine in and i was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direct of a cheaper then dealer replacement, it is water cooled, it should be sealed and sit in a water jacket about half way down inside the engine, it can't be rewould or fixed as the problem is a small crack in the casing!!
So a replacement is needed it is a BMW part and also has the following numbers/notes:
Bosch
0122 CAA 1JO
7508 052
283
NFB2
90-150 Ampps
