another ebay Q?
Recently sold some bike lights on ebay in good working order, on arrival the buyer stated that they didn't work and requested a refund. When I received them back the battery was dead for some reason, so I offered a him a new battery and the lights returned or a refund. As requested I refunded the final sale amount, but less the postage, as they were working when sent. Buyer has now filed a dispute with paypal over a few quid postage.
Who is responsible for postage costs ?
