Angry Scumbag in the house.

Been burgled this morning at 6am Downstairs window jemmied open which woke my son. He came through to wake me. I went down to get the phone and dial 999, not realising someone was actually in the house. Scumbags scarpered. Police arrived within 15 minutes

It all happened so quickly there was no time to think. He jemmied the window, passed out some items from the sill that might make a noise, got in a high level window, scouted round, got out and wiped the sill behind him as he made his escape; all within a couple of minutes.

There must have been two out the back, and I saw two out the front window, so was never going to confront them. Security lights came on all round the house, but they didn't even try to disable them

Hopefully it was opportunists after the car for a ride home and they won't come back. Extra window security being applied, but there's only so much you can do.

My son is quite traumatised and wouldn't walk to school. A few nervous nights ahead I suppose.

Be careful out there.

Sorry to hear that. Its silly season at the moment. We have had 3 or 4 burglaries on our estate in the last couple of weeks. Bib got 2 of them last night trying to get into someone’s house

Someone (armed with a sword) tried to take my car a couple of weeks ago, its happening on a daily basis in our area.

If you dont have an alarm then I would get one and make sure you set it every night.

Scumbags

Feel sorry for you Speedking. Did they take much? Do you think they were after the Scoob? Were your keys downstairs?

Hope the thieving b***ards die a horible death.

Nothing taken SOCO did a good job lifting footprints and glove impressions. Let's hope they get caught.

Yes there is an alarm but they were disturbed before setting it off.

I think that the real point is that a car is a posession as much as i love my own it's only a posession nothing worth dying for

We all pay insurance for a reason

Glad to hear nobody was hurt

If you were living in sunny bradford you will never experience this unless you own anything apart from a subaru

Do your kids sh*t themselves when they come in to your bedroom in the middle of the night to ask for a glass of water?

^^^ you seem to be confused Mr Bradford Massive, on one hand you advocate 'dealing with it' and on the other hand those who take it into ther own hands are a joke to you!! perhaps you should both go into a room argue with yourselves, seek therapy and then come out when you have reached a majority vote (difficult with a split personality I know)!!!^^^

Now back to the topic, how did they get pas your alarm system, suggest you get additionals fitted, dual technology (breaking glass and PIR) or window mags on any window big enough to get through!!
