Does anyone have one of the above?? Just wanted to know if they have a memory card in them i.e can i upgrade the memory?? Also any comments on the phone itself?

Daughter in law HAD one, well 5 to be exact, all had the same fault, the phone kept on doing stuff when it was wasn't being used, after the 5th one 3 relented and they swapped it to a W810i
