Will the illegals save us from the pay as you drive?
Just thinking, the government wants to charge everyone for everymile they use tracking people as they go.
Does this include illegals and will this create such a problem that this sytem wont work?>

This is more likely the case, whilst there will be some spin rubbish about this system heping to highlight (somehow) the scumbags without tax/mot/ins/licence the real reason is easy revenue generation from the law abiding people who end up paying for everything.
It will fail to collect from illegals, travellers, criminals, etc as these people live outside of the law unless they decide to come clean and do the decent thing - not likely is it
Just another tax on the only people keepng this country going, how much longer i wonder?
