Compare and contrast
Ok, bad idea to circulate this around work, I have worked for a Police force and it wouldnt go down well, I cannot see why it is classed as racist, innapropriate and unpleasant yes, but race didn't seem to be an issue, would they not have bothered with the discipline cases if the picture had of been of a white decapitated corpse ?
BBC NEWS | England | Beds/Bucks/Herts | Officers reprimanded over e-mail
However in this story there are no racial overtones at all, the victim being white and the killers black, not saying there should be but it seems like there is some double standards going on here.

Keith Jarret, President of the Black Police Association (Is there a 'White Association' I wonder) said ?: "I don't think a robust enough sanction has been taken against the officers concerned, especially the supervisory ones
"
What an absolute bag of ****e !! They were given written warnings FFS, all they did was circulate an email, albeit a grusome one. As stated, no racial element whatsoever !
The world is going mad I'm afraid.
