Booked mine through First choice on the net. Not the cheapest but if your a first timer, the accomodation and ski service is excellent. I booked ski's and boots package and after three days swapped to snowboard - they didnt charge extra as i was with First choice - saved me a few quid.

Package deals are always dearer than putting it together yourself - but I'm lazy that way

My other half went to Canada end of Jan this year with her dad and I did the leg work finding the best deal and settled for Airtours.
They had a week in Banff, 4* hotel, transfers and ski passes all for £450 each .
When they came back said it was superb and would not hesitate to go back again .
