Off on holiday to Florida next June but the question, would it be a wise move to get some currency now while the exchange rate is favourable?

It's always a punt with foreign cash etc..... best leave it in your bank till nearer the time, at least that way if you get broken into it wont be the end of your holiday

As for being broken into, we live in Cornwall, things like that just dont happen down here :P

 

You could always try these people, not used them myself but have seen reports by others that have. Not sure if its the best deal around, but allows you to forward buy against a future rate (June next year =$2 - £1
