Right............when playing against the computer and i cross the ball, sometimes i get the ball and score, sometimes not......fair enough.......but playing against my mate for about 4 HOURS, everytime i crossed the ball my players hardly ever got to it!!!!!!!!!...and on the couple of times they did win it....it went wide........what im saying is that in real footy......when you get the ball down the wing and cross it......you have the advantage(how many goals are scored from crosses.....loads!!).....anyone got any tips?????.....(DAZ-V).......you have been playing this for a while.........can you help????
As i have said.....this doesnt seem to be as bad against the computer.......
Also the instruction book for this game is CRAP!!!.......some of the ways it tells you to do things are wrong!!!!....for instance the one-two's.......in the booklet its wrong!!!!.....OOPSS
Also......on the team list screen(where you can sub etc) if you press L2 i think it is.....you can see stats for each player........ok........BUT WHAT DO THE ARROWS MEAN???.......doesnt say anything about that in the instructions!!!.......and i have heard that these arrows indicate if that certain player is on form or not........is this true??????........
Many thanks.......

Crossing the ball:
Single tap of O button puts in a normal cross, then its down to timing your header.
Double tap of O button puts in medium height cross for volleys
Triple tap of O button puts in a really hard low cross thats difficult to defend against.

AFAIK the arrows in the formation screen relate to your players general form .....a green arrow means the player is raring to go ....in other words his shots will be less likely to go wide ...he will compete better in the air etc....yellow arrow means the player is feeling relatively well and red arrow means he aint up for the game at all.........dont play him unless you have to ....too be honest though I have played guys who have red arrows and havent really found it makes much (if any) difference......then again maybe I'm just too good
