HO-LE-BI evening

HO-LE-BI evening
I work for a decent size Dutch financial institution. Apparently, it's "HO-LE-BI" evening this coming Friday night at our staff pub. There's a poster on all notice boards inviting people to a "Rainbow Wunch". 
I must admit I laughed out loud when someone finally told me what sort of evening it is going to be.
Only in Holland.....

The last time I was in 'Dam on business there was a cafe. Lunch special - "Sandwich, Joint and *******".
The real shock was it was only 20 Euros - not bad value for a decent sandwich
