Posted earlier on the no access to Ebay thread.

The help facility worked. Got e-mail back saying that the account was hijacked, and in the time they'd had access to it 3 cars had been listed. mad:

Beginning to get a bit worried that the strut brace I bid on yesterday may not now show up...

Any advice???

Thought so.

Ebay should have already frozen the account if they know it's highjacked.

My account was hijacked a while ago, but ebay automatically spotted it and froze the account. Once I'd changed the passwords etc, I got back to the them and they reinstated the account, and refunded me the costs of the listings that had been made (140 relating to World of Warcraft).

Only prob was the timeframe - I had to pay the ebay bill with my credit card, and then they refunded me later to my ebay account. I then had to ask again to have that refunded back to my credit card.

Fair play to ebay though - they spotted the hijack and dealt with it - had no problems with their support.
