Want some cheap wine?
Get yourself 24 classy bottles of wine delivered to your door for approx
£2 a bottle
Jump in while you can because once they realise this is being abused they
will close the offer.
Laithwaites have a "new customer" BOGOF (Buy one get one free ) deal ...
But there's a way of deleting the BUY ONE - keeping the GET ONE FREE and
using a £20 off voucher!!!
Use a different email address which you you've bought from Laithwaites in

Did this a few weeks back (moneysavingexpert.com ?). Got two nice cases of wine for £2.33 a bottle. I can ignore junk mail, it's quite easy to throw it straight into the bin. Hey I might even buy some more wine from them in future.

They've spotted the mistake and changed it now. before there were two items in your basket. The free case and the one you pay for. they've combined this to one item now so you can no longer use the £20 code.

Don't really see the problem. Instead of buying their £69.99 case you're buying one of your choice to get the free case. Of course, you might buy one that costs more than £69.99, and also if you're impressed by the service you'll come back again in the future.

But when you buy it with YOUR case you can also apply the £20 off code... which (I believe) you couldn't do when you ordered THEIR case.
So - you get £20 off AND a free mixed case - rather than £20 (with the code) OR the free mixed case (for first time buyers).
Still, we're probably just reducing their margin slightly rather than causing them severe commercial pain, a la Hoover 'free flights' or Kodak cameras...

Got 12 bottles today!!!!!! Still waiting for the free mixed crate but delivery note does say they arrive at different times. So far, so good....
